THE ITNJ REARS ITS UGLY HEAD: WHEN YOU NEED TO ACT LIKE YOU KNOW THE LAW, BUT DON'T HAVE A CLUE PART III

Anyone who is familiar with the accomplishments in South Africa due to the hard work of Brother Thomas and his team knows it's futile to try to school them in the law.  After many attempts to raise funds to "file" a case with the ITNJ, and two hearings where they were literally shot down, it appears they walked away sometime in early 2017 according to the date of this article on their website.

He is intuitively and factually correct in stating the goals of the "Committee" to support the ITNJ and the ITNJ itself are not the same.  It's my conclusion that this is on purpose because to any reasonable thinking person, the differences are obvious and well known to both groups, yet never resolved between them.  The control of the finances and interpretation of the law is always in the hands of a small group of people who have wealth, elitist friends, and letters and stuff behind their names.  But that doesn't make them smarter, better, or, unfortunately, 100% honest.

For background on one of the ITNJ Committee's most ardent and pushy supporters, I defer to the email below.  Obviously this is not a person who knows the law. 

She admits to stealing our name, our intellectual property, and what's more, she did it with malice.  And no one from the ITNJ ever objected.  Do you think this group knows, or cares, a thing about law?  Honesty?  Integrity?

South Africa was much nicer to them than we could ever hope to be.  And we couldn't agree more with their informative and gracious response.  The first part is the text of an email they received from the ITNJ Committee's staunch defender of of The Man and his posse, and their response follows.

Response to the ITNJ Committee to clear the confusion among judicial activists

Dear All,

I just discovered that the British Constitution Group (which group I suggest we mandate as the UK Chapter of the Committee to Support the ITNJ) has drafted and passed “The Winchester Declaration to Restore the Rule of Law to the British People.”

Please listen to this, starting at 2:47.  This is a historical declaration. November 19, 2016, will go down in history.  It’s stunning to hear such a simple and clear declaration that packs so much power.  There’s one line that says that all statutes contrary to the common law are void.  And they’ve included that line in the demanded Restoration Amendment.  Wow.  We should print this in the next issue of The Sovereign Voice and invite discussion.

One of the comments stated towards the end of the reading of the Winchester Declaration is that the drafters hope it will be an inspiration and shining example to other sovereign nations.  Our friends in Southern Africa need this right now, and I can definitely see that the USA could use just such a Declaration and demand for Amendment to the Constitution.  Some lines would have to be modified (delete references to the EU), and something is missing:  a demand for a declaration ending the secret “State of Emergency” that keeps most nations operating under Martial Rule for the benefit of the central banks.
 
I think we should send “The Source Documents” to Brian Gerrish and Justin Walker and suggest they add such a statement to their declaration.  Perhaps we should put them in touch with Rod Class for some support doing the necessary research.  Greg, what do you think?

For all our new team members who weren’t working closely on launching the ITNJ two years ago, and in reply to Robert’s suggestion that we make a one-page cheat sheet and then a more in-depth version with pictures of all the Source Documents, we were intending to do just that, and we had a volunteer working on the e-book, and it would have been Rod Class verifying the accuracy of the e-book rather than Matt Taibi writing one, because it was Rod Class and his research team who did all the work.  But yeah, it would be a way better read if Matt Taibi did it.

Our Note:  We don't own the facts behind our history, but we do own the creativity and inspiration (intellectual property) behind how it would be presented.  Yet she suggests our work be put under someone else's name without our knowledge and consent after admitting it is not hers, to be presented on behalf of a court we know exists solely as an income stream for New Earth Trust. For their information and research, I suggest they read the following very carefully:

Our original vision was to make an entertaining and educational video, and have a link to a free e-book in the description under the video, and that e-book was to have that one-page cheat-sheet with “accordion” sections that would open up to more detailed descriptions of each Source Document with jpg images of the originals, especially where they are now different than what was originally passed.

For the video, we were working on a script in the style of a funny cartoon like “Meet Your Strawman”.  And then we had to put all our volunteers onto the crowdfunding campaign, and we never completed the video script.

This is because the ones who created the idea and did all the work walked away.

It’s now time to make this information public in whatever format we can.  I’m attaching info from Rod Class and Mel Stamper (deceased) and here’s the video Rogier and Amit did for Rod Class.

Without prejudice, we thank you and the ITNJ Committee members all for your concerted efforts; and, we especially thank you for your boundless energy and commitment to the cause.  In response to your email which we have posted on social media to clear the confusions among judicial activists; and, the people who support us, have the right to know what is going on; after all, the “that without which not” is to establish the truth; Now, we find that there is much confusion among judicial activists; and, this is mainly due to the fact that no “meeting of the minds” exists; as outsiders, we even find it lacking between ITNJ and the ITNJ Committee themselves, never mind, between jural assemblies or judicial activists; we will briefly explain why we say this;

England
According to Blackstone in his Commentaries on the Laws of England, before the 1500s, England was an oral society and justice was served by the druidic councils; thus, the common law was the peoples law; and, these customary laws of England were oral traditions; so, before 1500, this was the law-of-the-land;
However, this was all finally usurped with the invasion of William the Conqueror who used the law-of-war of piratical peoples; of taking prize and levying custom and duty; but most importantly, it brought along with it, the papal “CIVIL” law and the LEGAL FICTION; and, it is this legal fiction, which is foreign to all people, that has become the very bane of our lives; so much so, that today we live in a cult-of-personality. Now, it was Henry II, an Angevin from the House Plantagenet who established the feudal Common Law of England of the royals; and, since the papacy took over in 1213 with King John’s concession of England and Ireland, it has now evolved into a global hierarchy of corporations and franchises of predatory capite-lism, “by the head”; however, the same Zoroastrian bloodlines of merchants, royals and priesthoods are hiding behind and ruling from behind this corporate veil; but, not for long…
Nothing is so natural as to dissolve anything in the way in which it was bound together; therefore the obligation of words is taken away by words; the obligation of mere consent is dissolved by the contrary consent. Dig. 50, 17, 35; Broom, Max. 887.  Now, the truth is that the Chief Justice of ITNJ is in fact the genealogy-keeper of the House of Anjou:
 


Thus, the ITNJ’s allegiance is to an Anglo-Saxon-Norman-Latinus feudal system of kingship and slavery; of masters, servants and slaves; the very yoke that we, the people are now throwing off; but, blood is thicker than water;  In the abaThembu Royal Kingdom v. RSA INC. case when UZA wished the ITNJ Chief Justice to sit in a tribunal with two wise elders from first nations as equals at natural law and natural justice, it was point blank refused;  And, it is the ITNJ’s prerogative; after all, it is the people of England’s right to be subjects to a feudal system; but, Africa will never be subject to an imperial colonial BAR legal system; hence, we withdrew;  So, what the ITNJ and ITNJ Committee want are two distinctly different things; as we see it, the ITNJ Committee members are yearning to restore the authority and equality and dignity of all peoples, equally; to level the playing field; to restore people sovereignty; and, hold all equal and accountable as peers, regardless of their title and or status;  In truth, we are all yearning for the African Roman Republic, wherein the people are again sovereign, but which finally fell with Caesar on the Ides of March; and, instead the Roman Empire, a feudal hierarchy, rose in its place; a replica of mystery Babylon that sits across many waters; but, not for long…

America
Now, many Anglo-Saxons Protested against this feudal system and ran to Turtle Island and Africa and elsewhere to get away from the tyranny of the “demon’s brood”; they started republican forms of government wherein the people are all equals and peers; kings, queens, merchants and judges in their own right;
But, during the infamous “age of discovery”, an age of tyranny that continues to this day, the nations of the compass kept the feudal system in place by putting themselves above the indigenous peoples whose lands they took; and, held the indigenous peoples as “homo animales” so as to enslave them and pirate their lands; so, by law-of-war and force of law, they engaged in slavery and stole the sweat and lands of others; thus, by deceit and fraud and discrimination did they destroy the very, very sacred ways of others and built their corporate empires; and, called it progress; Today, an evil system has turned everything upside down; and, has enslaved everyone; and, predatory capitalism is destroying the earth and the future of all peoples, never mind the hope of a better future; our very self-preservation is at stake;  And, the banksters and the BAR legal system is at the root of all this evil;  Today, the American jural assemblies are doing their outmost to unbind the yoke of imperial feudal bondage and to restore its republics; and, also restoring the dignity of first nations; and, Judge Anna Von Reitz from Big Lake Alaska is blazing the trail for America;  Now, she is a lawful living law-of-the-land judge because she is not a BAR member; in fact, she filed a lien against the American BAR, itself; and, soon the UZA team will do the same for Southern Africa;

Jurisdiction
However, the greatest obstacles that judicial activists face, is that most do not properly comprehend the boundaries and limits of law known as jurisdiction; when in truth, it is very simple;  The BAR legal system and its enacted rules is law-of-the-sea; it is the rules of commerce between legal fictions, having no parity with the tangible; admiralty/naval military/law merchant/international “law” is all law-of-the-sea; it is not law, per se, but in truth the rules of war of piratical peoples; it is the law-of-war of warlords: however, law-of-war is subject to law-of-peace at all times;  And, it has no lawful authority, nor jurisdiction on the land; and their rules only apply to them and not to peaceful and sovereign peoples; the BAR and sea courts employ semantic deceit under color-of-law to garner semblances of consent; and, commodifies the living into cargo so as to wash its hands against life itself, as Pontius Pilatus did;  And, these pirates operate on sovereign lands using their pirate laws under assumed and presumed authority, way beyond their lawful jurisdiction of 200 nautical miles offshore; and, the BAR legal system works hand-in-glove with the banksters from Office Row to fleece all peoples and the earth;
 

Woe Unto You

Redemption
Now, we were already redeemed 2 000 years ago, but it took us this long to wake up;

The findings of Heather and the Paradigm Project found the entire system to be a giant Ponzi scheme and a threat to all people and the earth; to our very existence; so, in 2012 Heather, Caleb and Randall legally and lawfully and finally foreclosed the entire global system using its own mechanisms; and, this is the zero point;

Then in January of 2017, Judge Anna Von Reitz played kung fu panda and restored our creditorship with the Vatican who is sitting atop the world feudal empire, playing Two Babylons as A. Hislop rightly called it;

Southern Africa
Now, Southern Africa’s journey is much simpler than that of England or America; we have never had a lawful Republic; however, we have already had our bloody revolution and have paved a highway of freedom;
We, the people of Southern Africa overthrew the previous apartheid regime in events leading up to the 1948 – 1952 Defiance Campaign ; and,  the people united with one voice in the 1955 Freedom Charter ; and, during a bloody and violent revolution, united as a non-political movement in the United Democratic Front ; thus, the final will and intent of we, the people was cemented in the 1994 RDP Policy Framework ;

HOWEVER, since 1994, instead of taking the road straight on to freedom and justice and fulfilling the RDP [community banks, community courts free from the BAR and referendums], South Africa took a short left via the Washington Consensus; and, our people were sold down the river, again…

And, we ended up with a new apartheid regime; this time, economic apartheid…
Instead of a lawful Republic of South Africa, we ended up with a foreign federal corporation, namely RSA INC. and a foreign federal corporate CON-stitution ; we, the people were asleep at the wheel; and, the same thing happened to each and every country with a central bank; we have now all been swallowed up by an evil global system known as the new world order; 

We The People Movement
WTPM is a non-political and an un-incorporated movement of people from across the Rainbow Nation: activist groups, associations, churches, community exchanges, first nations, jural assemblies, savings-and-credit-co-operatives, students and others;

To re-claim our authority and power, all we the people must do is again unite in one peaceful action, just as we did with the UDF;  a lawful rebellion; only, this time without the violence; this is the purpose of We The People Movement; and, WTPM is a movement by, for and of the people; and, can be adapted and used by any country;

Referendums
Referendums by, for and of the people are a way to direct representation; and, to reclaim the peoples’ authority; and, to fulfil the aims, objectives and the mission;  we, the people of Southern Africa have started our Referendum

Conclusion
The blood of African Eve runs through the veins of all peoples of earth; and, Mother Africa is the mother of all peoples; if, anyone could make a claim of authority then it would be the first nations of Africa;

All the deceit, fraud, lies and scams are now up; the people know the truth; and, only the truth can set us free;

And, the BAR legal system fills the halls of justice with corruption and scandal; it perverts the boundaries and limits of jurisdiction; it sells good laws for money by engaging in money bill fraud;

He is guilty of barratry who for money sells justice. Bell.
And, it protects an evil system guilty of all the crimes against mankind;
And, no man can serve two masters, he must choose;

Luke 16: 13 No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other: or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other: you cannot serve God and Mammon.

Therefore, the ITNJ cannot claim to use “natural law” and “natural justice” and still be a part of an evil system; it must choose or become a relic along with the sinking feudal system; this is the final and last end of the Roman Empire;
It is for much the same reasons that Ariki Te Wairemana Zlamala of the World Hereditary Council has also distanced himself from ITNJ Committee and ITNJ activities, as we have;

And, so also the ITNJ Committee must choose between UN-ENACTED law-of-the-land or ENACTED law-of-the-sea; between a system of equality, free from legal fiction; or, a feudal system wherein we are bankrupts, insolvents, cattle, chattel, cargo, fiction and property of the elite;

Like land and sea, the two jurisdictions are like oil and water; they cannot be harmonized or mixed; they are contra and distinct; and, there is a 200 mile divide between them; and, the living tangible peoples law-of-the-land is superior to the law-of-the-sea at all times no matter what un-enacted law the people choose to use;

Now, we love you all as equals and peers, no matter your title or status; both members of ITNJ and ITNJ Committee; but, we cannot condone an evil imperial system of capitalism;

Yet, neither can we, as people afford not to unite to defeat this evil system; even if it means humbling ourselves and admitting the errors of our ways; even if it means speaking out against family and friends;  Either, we either stand together or we fall apart;  Your co-operative responses are most welcome;
